Lamborghini Huracán Tecnica parked at dusk symbolising the end of the model’s decade-long journey in India

Lamborghini has officially brought the Huracán’s journey in India to a close, delivering the final example of the iconic supercar after nearly ten years on sale. The milestone marks the conclusion of one of the most successful and emotionally resonant chapters in Lamborghini’s presence in the Indian market.

Launched in India in 2014, the Huracán quickly established itself as the brand’s core offering, admired for its naturally aspirated V10 engine, striking design, and everyday usability by supercar standards. Over the years, it evolved through multiple versions, each introducing refinements in performance, aerodynamics, and driving dynamics while preserving the raw character that defined the model.

During its lifecycle, the Huracán became the most widely delivered Lamborghini in India, with more than 250 units finding homes across the country. Its appeal extended beyond outright performance, offering owners a blend of reliability, usability, and unmistakable theatre—qualities that helped expand Lamborghini’s customer base in the region.

The final unit delivered was the Huracán Tecnica, a variant designed to sit between road comfort and track-focused aggression. Powered by the brand’s high-revving 5.2-litre V10 engine, the Tecnica featured enhanced chassis tuning, refined aerodynamics, and driver-centric technology, making it a fitting send-off for the Huracán nameplate.

As the Huracán exits the Indian market, Lamborghini is entering a new phase defined by electrification and hybrid performance. While future models will adopt new powertrain technologies, the Huracán will be remembered as one of the last pure, naturally aspirated V10 supercars to be officially sold in India.

Its departure signals not just the end of a model line, but the close of an era—one defined by unmistakable sound, dramatic design, and a driving experience that left a lasting impression on Indian supercar enthusiasts.
