Prior to this, December 2025 had already seen Kia’s volumes surge sharply, setting expectations that the 2026 lineup can sustain this upward trend.
But the growth isn’t just about one model consistent demand across its SUV range, including the compact Sonet and family-oriented Carens models, contributed to the higher monthly tally. Kia’s strategy of blending refreshed mainstream SUVs with broad market appeal appears to be paying off, especially as India’s SUV preference continues to widen beyond the traditional leaders.
