Quantum Energy has officially partnered with EMO Energy to launch a new electric scooter developed specifically for last-mile delivery operations in India. The announcement was made on January 21, 2026, reflecting a focused effort to address the growing demand for reliable, high-uptime electric mobility solutions in the commercial delivery segment.
The newly launched electric scooter is designed for intensive urban usage, targeting fleet operators involved in food delivery, e-commerce logistics, and hyperlocal transportation. By combining Quantum Energy’s vehicle platform with EMO Energy’s battery technology, the collaboration aims to improve charging efficiency, operational uptime, and overall cost effectiveness for delivery-focused deployments.
The electric scooter is powered by a 2 kWh liquid-cooled battery pack engineered for sustained performance under continuous duty cycles. It delivers a real-world riding range of up to 80 km on a single charge and supports fast charging, allowing the battery to reach a usable charge level in approximately 20 minutes with compatible fast-charging infrastructure. The scooter has a top speed of 50 km/h, suitable for city-based delivery requirements.
In terms of mechanical setup, the scooter features a 2,500 W peak hub motor, 12-inch wheels, and a Combined Braking System to ensure stability during frequent stop-and-go operation. It offers a payload capacity of up to 200 kg, enabling it to handle commercial delivery loads efficiently across urban environments.

To support large-scale adoption, Quantum Energy continues to expand its nationwide sales and service network, while EMO Energy is strengthening its fast-charging ecosystem across multiple Indian cities. Quantum Energy has also commenced operations at a new manufacturing facility in Telangana to support increased production capacity for commercial electric vehicles.
As part of the partnership roadmap, the two companies plan to deploy up to 10,000 electric scooters over the next 12 months, focusing on enterprise fleet operators and organised delivery platforms. The initiative aligns with the broader shift toward electric mobility in India’s commercial transportation sector.
